With the help of EU structural funds, a new electronic store will be created and customer self-service solutions will be implemented, enabling to increase the sales of the company’s products.
The COVID-19 pandemic raised new challenges for the company to improve the existing ones and look for new ways of selling the manufactured products. UAB “Garbaris”, in order to increase the availability of production, decided to submit an application under the measure “E. commerce model COVID-19”, requesting co-financing for the creation and implementation of e-commerce solutions. During the implementation of the project, a new electronic toy store, customer self-service solutions will be created, allowing customers to place orders for the products and services produced by the company, make payments and track the status of orders. The created module will be integrated with the accounting system installed in the company.
The project budget is EUR 66,300.00. EUR 49,725.00 has been allocated for financing the project from the European Regional Development Fund, as a measure of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project is implemented without partners. The estimated duration of the project implementation is from February 24, 2022 to February 21, 2023.
