  3. If the Buyer was sold a product of inadequate quality and the Seller did not discuss its defects with the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to demand within 14 days of his choice:
    1. that the product of inadequate quality be replaced by a product of suitable quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or they arose due to the fault of the Buyer;
    2. to reduce the purchase price of the product accordingly;
    3. for the Seller to eliminate the defects of the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time or to compensate the Buyer for the costs of their correction, if the defects can be eliminated;
    4. to return the money paid for the product and to cancel the Contract, when the sale of a product of inappropriate quality is a fundamental breach of the contract.

  8. If the defects of the goods arose because the Buyer violated the rules of use, maintenance or storage of the goods, such goods will not be replaced, the defects will not be removed free of charge and the money will not be returned.
  9. If the Seller replaces the product or its accessory within the established quality guarantee period, the warranty period established for the first product or its accessory is applied to the new product or its accessory.
  10. The Seller can remove defects or violations caused by the Buyer’s fault at the Buyer’s expense according to the rates agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

Return of quality goods

  1. Quality goods Return and exchange of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts, as well as the procedure established in these Rules and other information sections of the Online Store.
  2. The Buyer does not have the right to return quality goods that the Buyer has used, damaged them, damaged the packaging or due to other actions taken by the Buyer, the goods have lost their marketable appearance.
  3. The goods are considered to be of high quality if they have not expired, the goods do not contain ingredients prohibited by legislation, the consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods have not changed due to improper storage conditions before the goods are handed over to the Buyer, the goods are not mechanically damaged, their packaging is not damaged or there are no other goods quality defects.
  4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery of the item.
  5. It is specified in 11.4. only the consumer – a natural person who enters into a purchase-sale contract (buying a product) for purposes not related to his business, trade, craft or profession (ie to meet the consumer’s personal, family, household needs) can exercise the right.
  6. The buyer has no right to use 11.4. the right to withdraw from the Contract, if the Contract was concluded for goods that were manufactured according to the buyer’s special instructions (these goods are not pre-manufactured and are manufactured based on the user’s personal choice or instruction) or for goods that are clearly adapted to the user’s personal needs .
  7. The return conditions applicable to each product are described in the “Returns” section of each product page of the Online Store.
  8. When returning quality goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
    1. the returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging;
    2. the product must be unused and undamaged by the Buyer;
    3. the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.). Changes to the appearance of the item or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the item received, cannot be considered as essential changes to the appearance of the item. When there is a dispute about the appearance of the item, an expert opinion can be assigned. Its costs are paid by the guilty party;
    4. the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
    5. when returning the product, it is necessary to submit its purchase document, warranty card (if it was issued separately) and a completed product return document, which is provided to the Buyer together with the product;
    6. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
  9. The Buyer must send the returned quality goods to the address Basanavičiaus st. 168, LT-76123 Šiauliai, Lithuania.
  10. When the buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the obligations of the parties to perform the Agreement end. The Seller shall immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which he received the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Buyer all amounts paid by the latter, including the costs of delivery of the goods paid by the Buyer. When returning all amounts paid to the Buyer, the Seller uses the same payment method that the Buyer used to pay the Seller, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different method.
  11. The Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for additional costs incurred due to the fact that the Buyer has clearly chosen another than the cheapest conventional delivery method offered by the Seller.
  12. The Seller has the right not to return the amounts paid to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller.
  13. The buyer must send or hand over the goods to the seller or another person authorized by him immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day of submitting the notice of withdrawal to the seller.
  14. If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the Agreement, based on the right provided for in clause 12.4, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
